Our maintenance services can be purchased on a pay-as-you-go hourly basis based on an estimate of the time required to implement the updates at our current rates. Pay-as-you-go maintenance can be purchased at any time without any long-term commitment. We also offer several long-term maintenance plans for clients who know they will need updates on a regular basis. These plans can offer substantial long-term savings for such clients. If none of the plans listed below fit your needs, just ask us to negotiate a customized maintenance plan to better fit the needs of your business or organization (custom plans are still either three, six, or twelve months, however we can customize the number of hours included each month to better fit your needs).
Turn around time for Website maintenance is generally 2-4 business days from the day the services are requested. However, turn around time may vary based on the size and complexity of the tasks involved, scheduled closings, current work volume, etc. For information about scheduled closings, please see our contact page.

* Sales tax applies to all listed prices. Monthly hours included under any plan may NOT be carried over from month to month. Additional time may be purchased at the hourly plan rate for the plan enrolled in and may be used at any time until the contract term expires. Clients may terminate the contract early, however they will be billed additionally for all time (including additional purcahased time beyond what is included in the monthly plan price) used under the contract. The amount of the additional charges will be the difference between what was paid for those hours under the plan and what they would have paid at the current hourly rate. To enroll in the three month plan, the entire three month plan price must be pre-paid. For the six month plan, 50% of the total plan price may be paid at the time of enrollment and the other 50% at the end of the third month (or the full amount may be paid at the time of enrollment). For the twelve month plan, 33.3% of the total plan price may be paid at the time of enrollment, another 33.3% at end of six months, and the final 33.3% at the end of nine months (or the full amount may be paid at the time of enrollment). Six month plans that are fully pre-paid at the time of enrollment are entitled to a 10% discount off the total plan price. Twelve month plans that are fully pre-paid at the time of enrollment are entitled to a 25% discount off the total plan price.
